Dietary therapy is not as good as heart therapy; medicinal supplements are not as good as mental supplements.
So-called disasters basically boil down to people's attitudes toward reality.
When we try to avoid them and fail, if we agree to face and endure them optimistically,
their sting often falls away and they become a beautiful flower.

◉ Mental Fatigue — The "Invisible Killer" of Human Health
For nearly half a century, hypertension, coronary heart disease, and tumors have become serious diseases threatening human health.
With rapid economic development, the constant acceleration of the pace of life, feeling too tired, and exhaustion have become part of daily life.
▎Where does mental fatigue come from?
It is formed gradually by long-term mental tension, repeated psychological stimulation, and complex adverse emotions.
▎Is it really that serious? Can't I just take a break?
If it cannot be channeled and resolved in a timely manner, long-term accumulation
psychologically causes psychological barriers, loss of psychological control, and even psychological crises;
mentally, it causes listlessness, trance-like states, and even mental disorders.
▎Check if you have the following symptoms!
Tension, movement disorders, insomnia and frequent dreams, memory loss, distraction, decreased work efficiency, migraine, hives, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, peptic ulcers, bronchial asthma, menstrual disorders, and decreased libido.
Mental fatigue lurks around people. It doesn't kill in a day or a night;
rather, it reaches a certain "fatigue amount" before triggering disease, so it is often easily ignored.
Life stress is huge! So what should I do?
► A healthy belly laugh is the best way to eliminate fatigue and vent.
▷ Loud talking raises blood pressure, while silence helps lower it.
► Handling complex problems calmly helps relieve stress.
▷ In the dead of night, quietly say some words to yourself, then fall into a deep sleep.
► Slow down the pace of life and schedule "doing nothing" time into your itinerary.
▷ If you make a mistake, learn from it; don't dwell on it, and continue working normally.
► Don't be afraid to admit your abilities are limited; learn to say "no" at the appropriate time.
◉ When Depression Meets Heart Disease
For survivors of a heart attack, the primary concern in the past was how to prevent recurrence.
Recent research has found that depression is the most dangerous fatal factor after a heart attack.
Canadian psychologists investigated 222 myocardial infarction patients discharged after treatment.
Within 15 days of discharge, all patients underwent psychiatric interviews and examinations.
It was found that 35 patients had depression, while the remaining 187 showed no obvious symptoms of depression.
Regarding heart disease, the symptoms in the depression group were not more severe, nor was their medical history longer.
Within 6 months of discharge, the mortality rate of the depression group was as high as 17%, while that of the non-depression group was only 3%.
Therefore, families and society should give heart disease patients more mental and psychological support,
cooperate with doctors to provide psychological guidance, and help them maintain an optimistic and calm state of mind.
