Is That You, Little Black?

This is a community picture book depicting early rural life in Taiwan. Through the interactions between the protagonist, A-Xi, and a little black dog, it showcases daily farming tasks such as feeding pigs, picking guavas, processing asparagus, and leading cattle. The story also captures rich childhood pleasures like fishing, catching crickets, and earth oven cooking (Khòng-iô), making it suitable for parents and children to read together to understand the local culture of the past.
